Outpatient Charge Standards
** Registration Fee: NTD 50.
** A NTD 80 co-payment fee will be charged for those with National Health Insurance IC cards.
** For those whose National Health Insurance IC cards have been noted as ˇ§rongˇ¨ (veteran), ˇ§fuˇ¨ (low-income household) and those who present Seriously Ill or Injured (for identical disease only) cards can be exempted from the NTD 80 co-payment fee.
** A NTD 50 co-payment fee will be charged for those whose National Health Insurance IC cards being noted as disabled. Additional co-payment fee for medicine will be charged.
** For those with outpatient medical treatment slip for occupational injury and disease can be exempted from the NTD 80 co-payment fee.
** For those under 7 years old, pregnant or females over 30 years old or adults over 40 years old with National Health Insurance IC cards can be exempted from the co-payment fee when they receive preventive health care service.
** Charges for those without National Health Insurance (self-paying patients): NTD 278 will be charged for outpatient service (NTD 50 for registration fee and NTD 228 for diagnostic fee), NTD 280 for denistry (NTD 50 for registration fee and NTD 230 for diagnostic fee) and NTD 370 for Chinese medicine (NTD 50 for registration fee and NTD 320 for diagnostic fee). Other examination, drug, surgery and treatment fees are based on the charge standards of National Health Insurance to be paid by the patients.
** Release of Prescription: Prescriptions can be applied from doctors and be filled in a pharmacy contracted with National Health Insurance.
** Detailed lists of outpatient service, emergency treatment and hospitalization expenses can be applied at the registration counter.
** Copy of X-ray DVD: Please apply for a copy of X-ray DVD at the X-ray department. A NTD 200 fee will be charged for each copy.
